Legal advice
Center for Providing Legal Assistance in the Fight Against Corruption Transparency International Bosnia and Herzegovina (ALAC project) was founded at the end of 2003 and is aimed at providing free legal assistance to citizens and legal entities.
The aim of the Center is to provide practical and useful legal advice to all persons who turn to TI BiH, but also to monitor the work of competent institutions, especially in cases related to corruption. In this way, citizens are encouraged to fight for their rights and alternative ways of fighting corruption and all the legal means available are presented to them.
By actively monitoring the work of the acting authorities, possible illegal and arbitrary behavior cannot go unnoticed.
The Center for Providing Legal Assistance in the Fight Against Corruption is also working on finding appropriate institutional reforms and better legal solutions in the area of anti-corruption policy, cooperating with government representatives, but primarily taking into account the remarks and suggestions on the work of the institutions that citizens send every day.
Citizens can contact the Center via the toll-free line (0800-55555), electronically ( via email centar@ti-bih.org) or via mail Krfska 64e, 78 000 Banja Luka. The working hours of Center are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm during the business days.
The most common areas in which the Center for Providing Legal Assistance in the Fight Against Corruption of Transparency International BiH acts are freedom of access to information and handling various cases of corruption reports.
