Trainings and education

Educational activities carried out by Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) are based on concept of social integrity system developed by Transparency International and combine academic and practical approaches.

The goal of education is development of skills and acquisition of knowledge needed by young activists and future leaders to act in the public interest, especially as a part of the fight against corruption and the promotion of a culture of integrity, responsibility and transparency.

School of Integrity

One of the most prominent educational activities of TI BiH is the School of Integrity, aimed at activists of civil society organizations, journalists, activists of political parties, socially engaged or students in the final years of undergraduate or graduate studies who are involved in research work.

Partaking for selected participants of the School of Integrity is free, and it is fully covered by Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the support of the Embassy of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

TI BIH Academy of Political Empowerment of Women

TI BIH Academy of Political Empowerment of Women is designed to help more effective and active participation of women in politics, improving the quality of their political participation, as well as promoting equal right to political representation. The main goal of the project is to strengthen and develop leadership skills among women, with a special emphasis on education about transparency, responsibility and integrity as key principles for the fight against corruption. The academy is designed in such a way as to enable female participants not only to follow the lectures of leaders in the field, but also to participate interactively through group discussions, small group activities and various analyses.
