A comprehensive system controling public administration (internal, judicial, parliamentary control) is necessary due to the large number of tasks of public importance that are under their jurisdiction.These are normative activities, deciding on the rights and obligations of the participants in the procedure, managing development policy, and numerous other professional tasks. As a part of the executive power, public administration bodies are overseen by legislative bodies, which is one of the most important forms of control over the legality of work.Public administration includes ministries, administrative bodies and organizations, but also all other entities entrusted with public authority.
