Contracts signed with grant recipients under the “Re-form for Growth” program
Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) has signed contracts with civil society organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina whose project proposals were selected for funding under the “Re-form for Growth” small grants program.
The small grants program is implemented within the regional project “WB Reform and Growth Monitor”, which is carried out by partners from six Western Balkan countries with financial support from the European Union. The program’s goal is to empower civil society organizations to contribute to better implementation of the Reform Agenda and the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans through independent monitoring, research, and advocacy activities.
Based on the public call and evaluation of submitted project proposals, four projects by civil society organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina were selected for funding.
Youth Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will implement a project focused on improving the implementation of reforms in the area of human capital development and youth employability, with a focus on piloting the Youth Guarantee in the Federation of BiH.
Helsinki Citizens’ Parliament Banja Luka will implement a project that will contribute to integrating gender perspective into the Reform Agenda through the development of gender-sensitive indicators in the areas of human capital and green and energy transition.
Center for Social Entrepreneurship Development Globus will implement a project focused on improving business environment reforms through analysis of their impact on small and medium-sized enterprises and social enterprises.
Center for Development Evaluations and Social Research (CREDI) will develop an indicator system for monitoring reforms in the area of human capital in Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on the IPOLIS methodology.
With the signing of the agreements, implementation of the approved projects has officially begun, which will be carried out in the coming period with the support of Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina and partners in the regional project. Through their activities, the selected organizations will make a significant contribution to monitoring the implementation of reforms, improving public policies, and strengthening the role of civil society in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s European integration process.
Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina congratulates all organizations on their approved projects and looks forward to successful cooperation during their implementation.
