Transparency

A characteristic of governments, companies, organizations and individuals to be open to clear disclosure of information, rules, plans, processes and actions. In principle, public officials, civil servants, managers and directors of companies and organizations, and managers of funds, have the duty to act visibly, predictably and comprehensibly, encouraging participation and responsibility.
