The Managing Board of the Fund for Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities of the FBiH refused to dismiss the Director Ahmet Baljic, although during the administrative supervision the Commission established by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (with one separate opinion) determined he had been illegally appointed to that position. Citizens are mostly faced with corruption in employment

Citizens mostly complain about irregularities in employment procedures related to hiring of civil servants, and employees in public enterprises. In their reports citizens usually indicate the fact that it is known in advance who will be elected for the position, and complain about the lack of transparency in competition procedures.

Corruption Perception Index: Escalation of corruption, devastating consequences
