In the framework of the regional project “Integrity Watch in the Western Balkans and Turkey: civil society combating corruption with political integrity data”, Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is launching the call for proposals for non-governmental organizations in BiH to fight political corruption and strengthen integrity in political financing, legislative decision-making, and public resource allocation.
The project tackles three most relevant corruption challenges in BiH and across the region: i) the opacity of political finance, ii) the undue influence of vested interests in law-making, and iii) favouritism in public contracting and strives to empower citizens and civil society actors in BiH and region to hold political office holders to account.
Through this call for applications, prospect applicants are expected to propose creative initiatives that foster use of public data to detect and expose political corruption risks and advocate for transparency, accountability and integrity in BiH.
