The NGO Transparency International of Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is a member of the Global Coalition for the Promotion of the Rule of Law and the Fight against Corruption.

As part of its activities, TI BiH, among other things, conducts research on the legal framework and practice in the field of anti-corruption, as well as research related to specific cases of irregularities and abuses on the basis of which TI BiH acts on relevant institutions. As part of these activities, the organization needs a highly motivated person for the position of project coordinator.
The employment relationship is based on a fixed period of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the employment contract.
Job description and responsibilities:
- Management of existing projects (planning and implementation of project activities; management of project budgets; engagement and work with project associates and partners; monitoring and evaluation of project activities and programs in general; reporting to donors and management; project promotion to the public).
- Development of new projects (work on project applications, support to management and other team members in fundraising activities).
- Creative work on the development of specific advocacy and outreach programs; work on expanding the network of associates and partners of TI BiH.
- Other jobs as needed and ordered by superiors.
It is necessary that the candidates meet the following conditions:
- Graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences (VII degree)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management (including budget management)
- At least 2 years of work experience in advocacy activities
- Active knowledge and use of English (written and oral)
- Computer skills – using MS Office packages,
- Organizational skills, communication, professionalism and reliability
- Ability to work in a team.
Along with the application for the competition, candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- Curriculum vitae
- Photocopy of the diploma on the acquired professional qualification (nostrified diploma, if the faculty is not completed in BiH),
- Certificate or certificate as proof of the type of work experience in the required level of education (certificate should contain the type of education provided for a specific job, job title and job description, specified period of employment, and other relevant information to prove the required type of work experience) .
Salary range: 1100 – 1300 KM.
Candidates are obliged to submit application applications with evidence of fulfilling the conditions of the competition by mail to the address: Franje Račkog 2 in Sarajevo with the indication “Application for the competition”. The competition is open until November 17, 2014. . The highest ranked candidates will be invited for an interview no later than 14 days from the end of the competition. Transparency International BiH reserves all rights when selecting candidates and is not obliged to comment on applications received that do not meet the competition criteria.
TI BiH reserves the right to cancel the competition in case the candidates do not meet the conditions stated in the competition. Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered .
