TI BiH presents the results of BiH pre-election activities monitoring

Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference to present the results of BiH pre-election activities monitoring. The conference will be held on Thursday, 17th September at 11.00h at the Hotel Europe in Sarajevo (Atrium hall).

Sarajevo – Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference to present the results of BiH pre-election activities monitoring. The conference will be held on Thursday, 17th September at 11.00h at the Hotel Europe in Sarajevo (Atrium hall).

TI BiH hired 74 observers all around BiH and in the past month they recorded numerous cases of the public resources misuse, the officials’ campaigns, promotion of public institutions which actually served for promotion of certain candidates, including the forbidden political promotion outside the official election campaign, which is why the reports have been submitted to the Central election  commission.

At the conference TI BiH will present the monitoring results obtained so far, as well as other activities which are being conducted in order to monitor the pre-election activities.

TI BiH performs the stated activities as part of the project entitled „Support to citizens in anti-corruption fight“, in cooperation with partner organizations Center for Civic Initiatives (CCI) and Center for Media Development and Analysis (CRMA). The project is financially supported by the American agency for International Development (USAID).
