Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a media conference where the results of the three-month monitoring of pre-election activities in BiH will be presented, which will be held on Thursday, 12. November at 11:00 a.m. at the Holiday Hotel (Neretva hall).
Sarajevo, 11.12.2020. – TI BIH hired 74 field observers throughout BIH who, in the past three months, recorded numerous examples of official campaigns, abuse of public resources, advertising of public institutions that promote candidates, and intensification of public works.
At the press conference, the preliminary results of the monitoring of advertising costs of political parties in the election campaign will be presented.
The mentioned activities of TI BiH are implemented within the project “Support to Citizens in the Fight against Corruption” in cooperation with partner organizations Centers for Civil Initiatives (CCI) and the Center for Media Development and Analysis (CRMA). Financial support for the project was provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
