TI BiH presents results of the Center for providing free legal advice in anti-corruption fight

Transparency International in  Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference, at which it will present results of work of the Center for providing free legal advice to the citizens in their fight against corruption for 2018.

Banjaluka, 28th March 2019– Transparency International in  Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference, at which it will present results of work of the Center for providing free legal advice to the citizens in their fight against corruption for 2018.

TI BiH will present what types of corruption the citizens are mostly faced with, and the results achieved in acting upon corruption reports. The presentation will also contain a premier of a short movie reviewing echoes of the affair that took place more than ten years ago when TI BiH published information indicating the multi-million damage caused by the privatization of the oil industry of the Republic of Srpska. The movie was made due to the decision of the Constitutional Court which adopted the appeal of TI BiH and determined a violation of the organization’s reputation made by unprofessional media reporting aimed at discrediting government critics.

Presentation for the media will be held onFriday, 29th March, 2019, at 12.00h, at the International press center (Hotel Bosna) in Banjaluka.
