Sarajevo, 28th January 2019– Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference in order to present the results of Corruption Perception Index (CPI) for 2018.

Every year Transparency International publishes Corruption Perception Index, which is used to measure the perceived level of corruption in public sector. Like the last year, this year CPI covered 180 countries and territories worldwide, including Bosnia and Herzegovina.

CPI presents one of the world’s most relevant studies of this type, enabling the monitoring of progress and mutual comparison between the countries worldwide. Based on the relevant international resources, CPI assigns ratings on a scale of 0 to 100, whereby 0 represents the highest level of the perceived corruption and 100 the lowest level of corruption.

Presentation for the press will be held on Tuesday, 29th January 2019, at the Hotel Courtyard Marriot (Skenderija 1) in Sarajevo, at 11.00h.

The press representatives will be addressed by Srdjan Blagovcanin, the Chairman of TI BiH Board of Directors and Ivana Korajlic, Acting Executive Director of TI BiH.
