TI BiH presents a report on implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption

Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference at which it will present a report on the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
Sarajevo, 23rd November 2016 – Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) is organizing a press conference at which it will present a report on the implementation of the
United Nations Convention against Corruption.
Bosnia and Herzegovina ratified this Convention in 2006 and thus took over numerous obligations related to the prevention of corruption, incrimination of the acts prescribed by the Convention, and it also committed to harmonize its legal system with numerous provisions of the Convention.
TI BiH is the only non-governmental organization in BiH which conducted a comprehensive analysis of the harmonization of all relevant segments of the legal system of BiH with the Convention, and provided its recommendations and proposals for the improvement of the legal framework for the anti-corruption fight in accordance with the Convention.
Press conference will be held on 24th November 2016, at the Hotel Europe in Sarajevo, at 10.00h.
