Political women activists will have the opportunity to learn more about the practical skills in the field of leadership and role of women in BH politics, with a particular focus on issues regarding the importance of transparency and integrity in politics

Banja Luka, 26th October 2016 – Tuzla TI BiH Academy for Women Empowerment in Politics will start tomorrow, and it will deal with the following issues: 1. Role of women in politics, 2. Role of integrity and transparency in politics and 3. Leadership and politics.
After the Academy was held in Mostar and Sarajevo, now the political women activists from Tuzla region will be given the opportunity to learn more about the practical skills in the field of leadership and role of women in BH politics, with a particular focus on issues referring to the importance of transparency and integrity in politics. The Academy in Tuzla is only one of total four (Mostar, Sarajevo, Tuzla, Banja Luka) that will be organized by Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from September to November 2016. The lecturers are experienced and recognized experts: Tanja Topic, Edita Miftari and Srdjan Blagovcanin.
TI BiH Academy for Women Empowerment in Politics will start at 11.00h at the premises of the Faculty of Philosophy (amphitheater II) in Tuzla, and the attendees will be welcomed by Enes Osmancevic, a member of the TI BiH Assembly and professor at the Faculty of Philosophy in Tuzla.
