Court decisions
Baza sudskih odluka sadrži nekoliko stotina odluka donesenih u više od dvjesto predmeta koje je TI BiH vodio pred sudovima u BiH protiv institucija, javnih preduzeća, ustanova i organa sa javim ovlaštenjima a koja su odbijala da dostave podatke, za koje smatramo da su morali biti objavljeni javnosti bez zahtjeva treće strane.
Na ovaj način želimo svim zainteresovanim građanima ponuditi uvid u obim i opseg njihovih prava kada je riječ o slobodi pristupa informacijama koji je temeljen na zvaničnim presudama i odlukama sudova u BiH.
