Joint submission of the Civil Society Initiative of BiH for the LNG for the 4. Universal Periodic Review of the Human Rights Situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The BiH Civil Society Initiative for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) is an informal coalition of 14 organizations working in various fields of protection and promotion of human rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In another joint submission, the coalition, which also includes Transparency International in BiH, submitted recommendations to improve the protection of human rights, with a special emphasis on the fight against corruption.

The publication emphasizes the need to adopt a new Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers at the level of BiH, to expand the circle of persons to whom the Law on Conflict of Interest applies, and to suspend the draft law in the RS that restricts the work of non-profit organizations
