PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RECEPTION OF RESEARCHERS
Position : I researcher – one executor, Banja Luka / Sarajevo
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The researcher performs the following tasks:
- data collection and processing in the areas in which Transparency International operates in BiH. This especially refers to monitoring and reporting on the work of relevant institutions, application of the relevant legal framework, with special focus on monitoring the activities of public office holders, public procurement, distribution of public funds, monitoring the work of institutions, etc .;
- independently conducts research and participates in conducting research conducted by the Association;
- participates in the analysis of data collected through monitoring and research;
- participation in the organization of trainings, workshops and other events;
- compiles submissions to public bodies that are the subject of research and keeps records of them, under the supervision of the Senior Researcher / Associate for Legal Affairs;
- provides coordinating and logistical support in the implementation of the activities of the Association;
- performs other tasks depending on the needs of the Association, and the expressed capacities.
A probationary contract will be concluded with the selected candidate for a period of three months, with the possibility of extending the contract.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- older than 18 years
- no criminal proceedings are instituted against the candidate
- he was not convicted of a crime
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
- VSS social direction
- at least one year of experience in the same or similar jobs;
- knowledge of English in speech and writing;
- excellent computer skills;
- communication skills;
- responsibility and self-initiative in work;
- ability to work in a team.
The advertisement remains open until January 15, 2021 . The start of work is scheduled for February 1, 2021. .

The association reserves the right to invite only shortlisted candidates for an interview. Shortlisted candidates will be obliged to submit evidence of education and work experience (certified copy of diploma or nostrified diploma, if acquired abroad, and a certificate of work experience from a previous employer). Candidate to be elected will be obliged to submit a certificate of no criminal proceedings and a certificate of no conviction.
