The objectives of this Convention are:
- to advance and strengthen measures for more efficient and effective prevention and combating
corruption; - to promote, facilitate and support international cooperation and technical assistance in the prevention of and
the fight against corruption, including the return of goods; - to promote integrity, accountability and good governance of public affairs and public property.
