It addresses the systemic weaknesses undermining transparency and accountability in these areas, aiming to inform policy reforms and enhance anti-corruption measures. The assessment in the report is done through examination of the extent, transparency, and accountability of the existing legal frameworks and identifies key strengths and vulnerabilities within each pillar.
