Project Description:
The project “Justice Under Scrutiny: Monitoring Reforms and Fighting Corruption” aims to strengthen the transparency, accountability, and efficiency of the judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a particular focus on combating corruption.
The project will establish evidence-based monitoring to track judicial reforms and the work of key institutions, including the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), the Department for Processing Reports, and the Special Department for Combating Corruption at the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.
Project activities include:
- monitoring and analysis of judicial and reform processes,
- monitoring of court proceedings for corruption offenses before the Special Department of the Supreme Court in the Federation of BiH,
- monitoring of disciplinary proceedings before the HJPC commission,
- preparation of reports, articles, and analyses,
- preparation of recommendations for improving reforms,
- informing the public through reports, online platforms, and other communication content.
