Project goal: The project goal is to strengthen good governance of public enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina through a comprehensive assessment of their transparency, accountability and integrity mechanisms, as well as levels of corporate governance in order to identify gaps, problems and provide targeted policy recommendations and courses of action.

Impact and change

The project contributes to providing analytical evidence for strengthening good governance of public enterprises in BiH by:

• Identifying gaps and problems related to transparency, accountability and integrity mechanisms (Analysis of the current state of good governance of public enterprises);
• Raising awareness on importance of transparency, accountability, integrity mechanisms and corporate governance of public enterprises at national and regional level (Public regional event).
