Order to stop the investigation
The prosecutor’s decision, which is made in the case where an Order on conducting an investigation was previously issued in the case. The order to suspend the investigation is issued when the collected evidence does not result in reasonable suspicion that the suspect has committed a criminal offense, as well as in the case of the suspect’s death.
