Order to conduct an investigation
An order to conduct an investigation is issued when the competent prosecutor assesses that there is sufficient evidence for the grounds of suspicion that a particular person has committed a criminal offence. In the Order for conducting the investigation, the prosecutor clearly defines who the suspects are and for which crimes they are suspected in the investigation.
