Investigation

The phase of the preliminary criminal procedure, which begins on the basis of the decision to conduct an investigation against a person who is reasonably suspected of having committed a criminal offense, and on the basis of the request of the authorized prosecutor, the purpose of the investigation is to collect evidence on the basis of which it will be decided whether there is room to file an indictment.
