Executive procedure

A set of rules by which the court acts for the enforcement of a court decision that requires the fulfillment of an obligation, as well as for the purpose of securing a claim, and for the enforcement of decisions made in administrative or misdemeanor proceedings that require the fulfillment of a monetary obligation, as well as for the purpose of securing a monetary claim that is being decided upon in administrative or misdemeanor proceedings.
