10 April 2010

Judges of the Supreme Court determined the arrest of three suspects from 29 days for links to the senator in the Parliament of Romania, Catalina Vojkuom, accused of corruption.

On Monday, the same court will be considered the request of three detainees to be tried on bail.

Prosecutors accuse Vojkua DNA that promised businessmen and Kašuneanuu Ločiku to intervene to conveniently settle their cases in court, and it’s involved judge Kostiniua.

Prosecutors said that the Vojka for their “intervention” received 260,000 euros from Kašuneanua and about 30,000 euros from Ločika, and it is assumed that the judge got the money.

In Romania, the first time custody of a judge of the Supreme Court of Parliament and senators whose mandate is in progress.
