Former Director of “Skoda” convicted of corruption

As agency AP says, Shuster is the last sentence which was imposed on the former heads of VW’s implicated in the scandal with unauthorized use of privileges that are, inter alia, included the payment of visits to public houses.

Shuster was accused of embezzlement, encourage the embezzlement and aiding in the fraud and corruption. The court in that case issued a criminal order, which, according to german legal system, not a judicial process means, if the defendant accepts. Considering that Shuster complained, the court process would still be able to maintain.

Schuster prosecution suspected that the drive to Germany, “Skoda Auto” ensure a friend of former personnel director of Volkswagen Service and Klaus-Joachim Gebauer such a place where not had to do any work for the company.
