Transparentnost finansiranja političkih partija 2014

Projekat pod nazivom Transparentnost finansiranja političkih partija/stranaka će biti posvećen promociji i jačanju transparentnosti političkih stranaka kroz kontrolu troškova izborne kampanje.

Specifični ciljevi projekta su:

• Pružiti javnosti sve precizne i nezavisne informacije o načinu, pravilima i praksama finansiranja političkih stranaka
• Pokrenuti javne debate sa temom načini finansiranja politčkih stranaka
• Pokrenuti javne debate uzimajući u obzir izvore finansiranja, te zloupotrebe javnih sredstava u svrhu predizborne kampanje
• Inicirati izmjene zakona
• Ojačati monitoring predizbornih kampanja identificirajući sve slučajeve zloupotreba propisa o finansiranju političkih stranaka

Aktivnosti kojima bi se postigli zadati ciljevi:

1. Analiza pravnog okvira finansiranja političkih stranaka i izbornih kampanja
2. Praćenje tokova javnih sredstava prije i tokom izborne kampanje
3. Praćenje troškova  političkih stranaka tokom izbornih kampanja
4. Informisanje javnosti o rezultatima monitoringa, zagovaranja te efikasnijeg zakonskog okvira.

The project “Transparency in political finance 2014” will be dedicated to promoting and enhancing transparency in political party finance through monitoring election campaign costs.

Specific objectives of the project will be:

• to provide general public with accurate and independent information about political financing regulations and practice;
• to initiate public debate regarding the costs of the election campaigns;
• to initiate public debate regarding the sources of financing of the campaigns and abuses of public funds for the purpose of election campaigns;
• to initiate future amendments in the laws;
• to enhance oversight over the election campaign through identifying cases of abuse of regulations on political party finance.

The activities through which the objectives will be achieved are:

1. Analysis of the legal framework and implementation of laws on political party finance and election campaigns.
2. Monitoring the use of public funds before and during the election campaign.
3. Monitoring election campaign and parties’ expenditure.
4. Informing the public on monitoring results and advocacy for improvement of legal framework
