Emir Đikić – the new Chairman of TI BiH

Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) held its Annual Membership Meeting today in Banja Luka. By the majority of votes, the assembly elected Emir Đikić as the new Chairman, instead of Boris Divjak, the former chairman whose second consecutive mandate came to an end, and who by the Statute did not have the possibility to candidate himself for the new mandate.

Emir Đikić is one of the founders of Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and until today he was a member of board of directors. He participated in undertaking a number of research projects and analyses and made an immense contribution to the work of this organization. The former chairman, Boris Divjak, remained the member of Board of Directors and a TI BiH official chapter representative in global movement of TI and international organizations. The assembly also elected Svetlana Cenić and Aleksandra Martinović as the new members of Board of Directors.
