Cooked food tender: HET orders octopuses, squids, „Jack Daniel’s“…

• HET (Hydropower plants on Trebisnjica) decided to order expensive drinks and the best dishes to celebrate its Saint Patron’s Day – from Jack Daniel’s to 25 kg of octopuses
• Last year the profit of HET decreased for BAM 115.161

BANJALUKA – The Board of Directors of the Hydropower plants on Trebisnjica is not concerned with the decrease of the last year’s profit for BAM 115.000, and instead they are preparing the celebration of its Saint Patron’s Day for which they ordered luxurious dishes and exclusive drinks, such as tens of kilograms of octopuses, squids and the best whisky, as found out by the business portal CAPITAL.ba and TI BiH.
The festive table is ready, as is the tender. The list of food being prepared for this day by Hydropower plants on Trebisnjica is long, and the guests will, among other things, be offered 30 kg of the cooked lamb meat, and 42 kg of the roasted lamb meat. But, this is not all.

The tender documents that we own, Hydropower plants on Trebisnjica ordered 20 kg of roasted veal, 10 kg of chicken and veal rolls, and as an appetizer they will serve 13 kg of prosciutto, 12 kg of full-fat cheese, 10 kg of pork sausages…
Between “cold” and “hot” dishes they will serve 60 liters of the veal soup.
For more picky guests there is a “sea” alternative, or 25 kg of octopuses, 35 packets of seafood and 10 kg of squids.
Although the celebration is due to its Saint Patron’s Day, there will not be many cakes – only ten kilograms of sweets. If the guests are not into cakes, then they are certainly into good drink, since Hydropower plants on Trebisnjica prepared a wide range of drinks starting with 11 boxes of “Vranac” wine and the same amount of “Zilavka” wine.
The offer will also include four liters of “Chivas”, four liters of “Jack Daniel’s”, six liters of “pear brandy”, five liters of “bitter herbal liquer” and four liters of “Stock”.
